Young rich Ghanaian rapper, Bashir Annan famously known as Gambo has released a new single and a flamboyant music video ‘Drip’ taken off his forthcoming EP. ‘Drip’ is touted by some fans to be the most flashiest music video of 2021.

‘Drip’ is available on all digital streaming platforms globally.

Gambo who is steadily building a reputation as the country’s fanciest rapper raised the bar yet again on this one.

The single features VRMG head honco, Edem with production by Fortune Dane, mixed and mastered by Mike Millz.

‘Drip’ was shot by award-winning director, Yaw Skyface with star-studded cameo appearances from Ghanaian actress and model, Moesha Buduong, actress, video/photo vixen, Shugatiti and one of Ghana’s finest DJs, DJ Mensah.

Judging by the cameos in the video and the excessive display of bourgeoisie, it is easy to tell that lots of money was spent in the video shot at one of Kempinski’s presidential executive suites.

Gambo’s much talked about luxurious lifestyle is heavily evident once again in the visuals with his signature champagne wrist watch popping and robe. ‘Drip’ is certainly a contender for major awards this year.

to help the community by donating a borehole to the people of Wungu…Walewale area of the Northern region of Ghana…
fast_forward

This is not the first time the screen goddess has helped under privilaged people. In 2014, Yvonne Okoro spent time with orphanaid Africa young adults and encouraged underprivileged persons to be focused in life and carefully make their career choices.

She said they shouldn’t give up on their dreams of becoming successful persons in life just because of what people think or say about them.

yvonne-okoro

The popular actress, who is also an entrepreneur, said this when she visited  OrphanAid Africa’s young adults at the Young Adults Support Services Ghana (YASS Ghana) premises at Medina in Accra on Friday August 22.

OrphanAid Africa is a non-profit organization developing programs and projects to help vulnerable children and their families in Ghana.

The organization was originally founded as a local NGO in Ghana in 2002 and progressively grew internationally with registered branches in the United States, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

The common goal of these branches is to rescue vulnerable children in need of care and to trace and reunify children with their families.

yvonne okoro.

It also strengthens families and communities so they can care for their own children.

The YASS program provides services and support to young adults transitioning from care into adulthood through life skills education and career development services to create better opportunities for success.

The award winning actress was at the outfit to inspire persons there with her personal life experiences and career experiences as part of her social responsibility.

She touched on a lot of issues but emphasized on the positive choices they make in life as individuals.

“There’s something I learnt which is letting your imperfections shape you into being almost perfect or perfect in human eyes. No matter what career path you choose, people would come at you with full force.

“People would pull you down because it is in our nature as human beings to criticise and to remember the bad that others do, but there is the point where you need to keep your focus and work harder.

yvonne okoro

“You can choose to let people get at you or you could make your mind up to succeed regardless. The truth is, some of the things people say would be true and constructive; but develop an ear with filter. Filter out those that do not seek to grow you and take on constructive feedback.  I challenge you to do this,” Yvonne Okoro.

Keep up the good work Yvonne!
