Lydia Forson was born in Mankessim, Ghana on  24th of October 1984. At the age of 6, she migrated to the United States with her father and attended Wilmore Elementary School, Kentucky. After 3 years, her family relocated back to Ghana and she attended Akosombo International School.


She completed her secondary education at St. Louis Secondary School. In her final year in school, the graduate of English Language and Information studies, University of Ghana started acting after she had nurtured the idea for years.



Her first movie was in a 2005 movie titled ‘Hotel St. James’. In 2007….
