Cameroonian/French mixed martial artist, Francis Ngannou who is the reigning UCF heavyweight champion has embraced euphoric atmosphere upon his visit to his homeland, Cameroon.


UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou got the well deserved welcome upon arriving in Cameroon.


The street of Yaoundé, the capital city of Cameroon was full of natives cheering and happily hailing the champion for his prestigious achievement, as displayed in the broadcast video, they all sought to have a feel of Francis Ngannou.

Some wanted to touch his belt, outfit and the body in celebrating his victory. It was such a very nice gesture from the country people in welcoming him back home after his historic win.


Meeting the press and the state officials, he genuinely expressed his gratitude to the fans and the country at large for supporting and encouraging him throughout his journey as a sportsman.

Subsequently, he asserted that, the huge morale is what keeps him motivated to develop his skills which contributed greatly to his success today.

Award-winning Ghanaian Actor, Farmer, Philanthropist. UN ambassador John Dumelo‘s was recently in Yaoundé, Cameroon for the launching of an association R.U.F.A.A  that stands for Rise up for Agriculture in Africa. 

The goal is to improve the quality of life of Africans by increasing the production and consumption of natural agriculture products.

”I was in Cameroon for the launching of an association RUFAA that stands for Rise up for Agriculture in Africa. RUFAA’s aim is to bring together young Africans who have a passion in agriculture and livestock in order for them to achieve realizable and sustainable projects. The vision is to improve the quality of life of Africans by increasing the production and consumption of natural agric products.”

African Racing Driver Christian EbongFBF:Meet Christian Ebong, the first African to distinguish himself in motor racing. Christian Ebong was born on June 9, 1983 in Yaoundé, Cameroon. At a tender age of  14, he left his native country for a career in motorsport in France.

From childhood, Christian  had a passion for motor racing and especially the battles between Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna. Christian began his career by the rally cross while most drivers started with karting.

Soon, his driving talent was revealed and has continued to confirm on the asphalt.

Proud of his Cameroonian roots and France, the host country that allowed him to access his dream, Christian wears the colors of the two countries on his favorite headphones.

Christian is the first African to distinguish itself in motor racing. Moreover, since 2013, it represents the stable Nigerian Eagle Racing; a Team 100% African. A symbol!

Apart from motor racing, Christian customize vehicles, both aesthetically and mechanically (motor power) for celebrities, business leaders, individual passionate about motor racing.

Christian wants to participate in the prestigious Le Mans 24 hour race, and so driving in LMP1 prototype (premier class endurance).

Christian wants to develop partnerships with international companies wishing to invest in Africa through its image.

It is also looking for sponsors to support it in its new athletic goals and retraining for future projects.
