Congrats Caster Semenya!  South African Caster Semenya has won the Olympic 800m final in 1min 55.28sec. Well done Semenya!

We’re so proud of Semenya for staying focus despite all the attacks and also the ongoing IAAF investigations. Her main inspiration is from what the late Nelson Mandela told her some time back  ‘sport is meant to make people feel unite people’ and this is exactly what she is trying to do.

She also draws encouragement from her fans and all the people who support her.

‘I think I have made a difference, I have meant a lot to my people. I have done well. They are proud of me. And that was the main focus. I was doing it for my people, the people who support me.’ Caster Semenya
